Development Programme Monitoring and Evaluations (M&E)
The M&E Unit mainly caters for governments, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), Community based organizations (CBOs), and other development-oriented organisations. Our main clients are foreign donors, skills development institutions (such as the Sector Education and Training Authority [SETAs] in South Africa) and development finance institutions (DFIs) who would want an independent and robust assessment of the developmental impact associated with their investments. Our studies are then used to document best practices in the development and operation of development programmes.
